Due to the success of the comic series XIII the Belgian Post together with the BCB/CBBD (Belgian Comisc Cetre) also decided to launch an edition in German. These luxurious editions are numbered from I/CCXXV to CCXXV/CCXXV and signed by both authors. Each one is fitted with a adhered XIII postage stamp and a first day cancelation stamp.
