This is exactly the same book (residual stock) as the deluxe edition from 2005 (No. 98387), but now with a dust jacket and a numbered signed pasted card (image 3). Part of the edition of 80 copies. was not provided with the special card belonging to the 80 copies. but still had the card from 2005 (400 copies).
