You have had enough positively processed orders and even if this one gets negative feedback, it's not a disaster. Buyers do see through the occasional negative feedback received. Everyone realizes that it can always happen that a buyer is not completely satisfied or that something goes wrong.

And indeed it is always possible to add your side of the story as a response. As sucazel says, it is always best not to react angrily, but to actually tell your side of the story without too much emotion.

If a buyer is not satisfied, I will take the items back and the buyer will get their money back. I received a neutral rating because Postnl took too long to deliver the package, this has no influence on the score. I got a negative review because an order was canceled by me, it was set to neutral by Rene. This seems like a great system to me, changes are not always improvements.
