Philatelic pack (‘P&G 29’) containing a strip of six ‘1st Class up to 100g’ values. The spurious data string at the bottom of the stamps is common to all the stamps and reads B2GB18 C001-1840-029 (representing reel, month, country and year of issue; machine, session number and number in P&G series). ‘1840’ is chosen as it is the year when postage stamps were first issued.
