This species occurs in the Indian Ocean from Madagascar to Thailand. Shell 140 - 160 mm. Recognizable by the lack of the spoon on the left finger (seen from the mouth side). The shell is also more robust than scorpius. Pictured is an L. verdriesti. Personally I don't have a picture of indomaris at the moment. This will be adjusted later.

Deze soort komt voor in de Indische Oceaan van Madagaskar tot Thailand. Schelp 140 - 160 mm. Te herkennen aan het ontbreken van de lepel aan de linkse vinger (van de mondkant gezien). De schelp is ook robuuster dan scorpius.
Afgebeeld is een L. vertriesti. Persoonlijk heb ik momenteel geen foto van indomaris. Dit wordt later aangepast.
