Back cover: - The known 1st edition has the second line (ZONEN & Co) in capital letters with a connecting sign '&', in the block at the back at the bottom right and starts below the U of Uitg. J. Dupuis on the first line. - On the back of the album, the second line is partly in small letters (Zonen en Co.) and starts under the g of Uitg. J. Dupuis on the first line. This makes the second line centered. There is a similar (very rare) variant of the 1st edition in French; also with exactly the same (light) cover. So one is quickly inclined to assume that it is a NL book block with an FR cover. So, for the time being an original variant of the 1st edition is assumed. A proof perhaps.
