The first shipment consists of an elongated hardcover collection folder with two copper screws, in which the issues could be kept together. Verscheen in 15 losse afleveringen, enkel verdeeld bij een beperkte groep Nederlandse geneesheren ter promotie van het geneesmiddel ‘Cardura XL’.
De eerste zending bestaat uit een langwerpige hardcover verzamelmap met twee koperen schroeven, waarin de afleveringen konden worden bijeengehouden. Samen bij deze zending stak het titelblad en de eerste strippagina. Nadien volgden er nog 14 volgende zendingen met telkens één strippagina, verzonden in de envelop zoals op de foto’s is te zien.
