The pack was a trial promotion which started on 4th November 1996 to see what the response would be for stamps in the Mark & Spencer stores. The promotion was only available in certain stores and was to last about three months although no actual date was given as to when finish. Contained a 10 x 2nd Class booklet
printed in photogravure on Jumelle press by Harrison on OBA-free non-phosphorised paper (OFNP) with PVAI 'lay flat' gum. One 4.5 mm. central 'AB' phosphor bar. Barcode 100265. Printer's initial H near barcode. No defacing bars on front cover. BMB every 25th booklet. Type 9A
