Harkins, Chief of US Military Assistance Command, South Vietnam’, and a stamped New York address, with date stamp 11 May 1962. Kroll, who left Germany in 1933 when the Nazis came to power, became a ‘celebrity caricaturist’ in the USA who drew caricatures of thousands of public figures in America and around the world.
