Lithograph, maker unknown, after a painting by Jan Baptist van der Hulst (1790-1862). Printed by Mensing and Last, ca. 1831-1849. Van Rechteren was a liberal Member of Parliament under King Willem I and II. He was a grandson of the patriot leader Joan Derk van der Capellen.
