The nose is very nice, with an expressive nose of ripe black berries with hints of plums and berries and a little barnyard. The taste follows with excellent fruit, good tannins, perhaps a bit of a hard edge. This is potentially on the way, give it a few more years in the cellar. Solid structure with medium body and adequate, supple tannins. Ripe black fruit well balanced by refreshing acidity. Typical Bordeaux style. Ready to drink and decanting is not really necessary in my case.
