Details
Well stored bottle. Upper shoulder. Decanted just before drinking. At first, lots of cedar in the nose but not much fruit on the palate. Then the nose gets less impressive but the -nice- fruit appears in the mouth. When pouring a new glass from the -not large- decanter, the cedar is back and after a while, the fruit is back, while the cedar recesses. A unique behaviour! I will wait a few years before opening the last one, but I am not sure it will improve. Quite nice with lamb.
