Leopold Maximiliaan Felix Timmermans (Lier, July 5, 1886 - there, January 24, 1947) was a Flemish writer and poet. He was one of Flanders' most translated and prolific authors. His best-known work is his novel Pallieter. Timmermans also wrote under the pseudonym Polleke van Mher.
