Box (240x136x60mm) is of American origin. Made of cardboard pasted with paper printed in orange, black and dark green with a Pung Chow logo and the text ‘Educator Set’ The box is an ordinary model with a loose lid and a standard interior for tiles and counters etc. Tiles (22x30x12mm) are made of light colored, untreated wood. Imprinted on top, in red, green and blue, with the standard Pung Chow characters and images. Of the distinctive Pung Chow dragons the White dragon is silver. There belong no spare tiles to the set. In the box a mini template for Bamboo was found. Counters are thin, round sticks of wood. Blank and painted red, yellow and blue. Three of the sets counters still have their original paper binding. Dice (2x) are made of bone with Western points. There belong no wind indicators to Pung Chow sets. Instruction manual is a Pung Chow publication(© 1923). The gray cover is embossed in gold with the Pung Chow dragon and info. The flower tiles depicted in the booklet differ from the set. On the inside of the cover an ex libris has been pasted. There are also two Pung Chow score cards.
