This folder was made at the time to provide to wealthy investors in a new-build project in Groningen, which should also have housed the Comic Strip Museum. Ultimately, the project fell through in this form and most of these beautiful maps were destroyed. The folder is larded with beautiful images of main characters from the Marten Toonder comics. Toonder (studios) made these drawings especially for this folder and they have never been used anywhere else.

Deze map is indertijd gemaakt om te verstrekken aan gefortuneerde investeerders in een nieuwbouwproject in Groningen waarin ook het Stripmuseum zou hebben moeten huisvesten. Uiteindelijk is het project in deze vorm niet doorgegaan en is het grootste gedeelte van deze prachtige mappen vernietigd.
De map is gelardeerd met fraaie afbeeldingen van hoofdfiguren uit de strips van Marten Toonder. Deze tekeningen heeft Toonder (studio's) speciaal voor deze map gemaakt en ze zijn dan ook nooit ergens anders gebruikt.
