Carol The first officially released EP in Holland in August 1964. Its an Phonogram Import from France The same EP was released in October 1964 with Dutch sleeve (with Mick up front instead of Brian) and Dutch vinyl pressing. Or maybe the French “Not fade away” EP was earlier?
