Volgens mij zeg je het zelf al bij bijzonderheden. Het is een muziekschijfje. Hoort dus in principe bij de Muziek. Alleen is het type drager daar nog onbekend. Maar dat is te verhelpen
I think you say it yourself in particulars. It is a music disc. So basically belongs to the Music. Only the type of carrier is still unknown there. But that can be remedied
Ik heb er al een aantal Disco's bij "Overige" gezet. Ik wist ook niet waar ik ze moest plaatsen. Maar ze zijn nu niet te vinden als je gaat zoeken op "disco's".

ik zou ze zeker ook onder muziek scharen. Er zijn wel meer rariteiten. In Polen zijn er Beatles-nummers verschenen op kartonnen ansichtkaarten. Die zijn ook af te spelen op een platenspeler.
Maar hoe noem je dit als drager?
I would certainly class them under music too. There are more oddities. In Poland, Beatles songs have appeared on cardboard postcards. They can also be played on a record player.
But what do you call this as a carrier?

Of de drager een plaatje heeft of een bepaalde kleur heeft is toch een "andere dimensie"? Alle dragers kunnen toch zo'n kenmerk hebben?

but this is mainly about vinyl

they are indeed normal LPs, but so are double LPs
cassette tapes and CDs are not really colored according to my knowledge

Ik vind de kleur niet iets dat in het veld 'drager' thuishoort. Een item kan wél een dubbel-lp zijn of een dubbel-ep. Daar zit mijns inziens het verschil.

I don't think the color is something that belongs in the field 'carrier'. An item can be a double LP or a double EP. I think that is where the difference lies.
@ Arco, ik bedoel dat het bandje van de cassette, niet gekleurd is!
neem aan bruin/donkerbruin, maar kan me vergissen.
bij vinyl lp's zijn gekleurde dus geen zwarte uitvoering soms redelijk gewild net als picture disk
je krijgt dan vaak in de titel titel geel vinyl

assume brown / dark brown, but I can be wrong.
vinyl lp's are colored so not a black version sometimes quite popular, just like picture disk

Dit klopt dat is inderdaad een verschil tussen vinyl en cd's
maar wat mijn vraag is
voeg picture disk dus waar een afbeelding in het vinyl is geperst als drager toe
(dat komt niet voor bij CD's)
en gekleurd vinyl als drager toe is gekleurd matriaal waar het vinyl uitgeperst is
dat zijn echt andere dragers als standaard zwart vinyl en worden ook apart verzameld.

This is true that is indeed a difference between vinyl and CDs
but what my question is
so add picture disk where an image has been pressed into the vinyl as a carrier
(this does not happen with CDs)
and colored vinyl as support is colored material where the vinyl is pressed out
these are really different carriers than standard black vinyl and are also collected separately.
