The 'two heads' probably belong to an eagle. It is what is known as a Maria Theresia Thaler . They were originally beaten by Austria and portray de Empress , die ruled in 1740-1780 . The currency was used as a unofficial trade dollar in Africa and it Near East and almost finished one billion coins printed with the same date until the later 20th century .
