Good afternoon,

What can I do in the following case: On October 7, I ordered 16 strips. Received invoice and paid a few days later. Then nothing for a month. When I posted negative feedback, I responded on November 17 with an apology, the order was set to 'paid' and it was promised via the feedback page that the booklets would be sent that day. That has not happened yet. I have sent 10 messages, some via the site, and others simply via Outlook. I can see from the feedback page that the shop is very active and ships items every day. But I am completely ignored. I don't want to publicly shame anyone, but in this case I would like some help from LD. This salesperson really frustrates me.
