I intend to enter about 40 early issues from 1936 onwards.
They are not magazines with comic strips. Perhaps this series will also be transferred to magazines in due course, can I enter them in the existing series? Or directly from magazines?

There is one at Magazines: The Children's Compass .
But I have also wondered what is most useful in similar cases.
If you also plan to enter all text contributions ("stories"), the Magazines section offers better options for this ("parts").

Boekenmagazijn

As long as it doesn't interfere with Lastdodo's system, I would choose it for the magazine section. Danger is possible duplication for some time. That's not possible now because none of my numbers are in there now. So I hesitate.

Just enter them under Magazines.
We will then remove any duplicates entered later.

Okay, then I'll sit down and read it today or tomorrow... I haven't looked into the stack yet, but I actually own the very first issue, a trial issue from June 1936.
I'll scan that first.

As an aside: on this puzzle one of the children reads the "Children's Compass".

I see the Children's Compass lying on the ground, between the railway tracks. The girl is reading a strange page, the right pages of which are larger than the left...

The Children's Compass is now only in the Magazines section.
I have also copied your background information here.

Collectioneur Great, that makes entering easier. Thank you!

Boekenmagazijn I'm curious, I'll take another look at what that strange album is, I still have the puzzle, maybe I can see it better then.

However, I looked with a magnifying glass to see what the girl is looking at on the pages? In any case, that is not a recognizable album for me and therefore it cannot be explained why the pages are different in size.
It's not a bad children's illustration, so to say right now it's a mistake on the illustrator's part...
I have never found out whether the separate attachment is the work of Piet Broos.

Boekenmagazijn and anyone else who can think along...

The monthly magazines are the same in terms of front and back, with one difference.
The backs always say WYT Rotterdam (printing company?) followed by a number. The trial number June 1936: W 11821 and then December 1, 1936 W 13875 / January 1, 1937: W 14293 / February 1, 1937: W 14768
Because the numbering increases, I just leafed through to number 1 May 1940 4th year: W 51176 edition ?? Unfortunately I don't have a duplicate number, it is possible that the same number contains a different number..? I guess, I always like to know something like that.

Altered:

The numbers I have in my possession have been entered, partly after consultation with the Collectioneur about the "broken financial years". Because, according to KB, the magazine was not published from sometime in 1942 until after the war in 1947, it seems logical that when it was continued, they immediately started with volumes from January. Also information via Delpher that Kinder-Kompas was not published for several months in 1940. Useful information that Delpher...
I have supplemented the explanation of the monthly magazines (see further reading ), but it is true that only 1 image can be placed (sufficient in itself), but you cannot enlarge that image and is therefore barely readable. Can this still be adjusted in the system? Thanks again for the assistance.
