I placed and paid for 35 booklets. Upon receipt, 33 were delivered and the catalog details of 2 other books did not match the received booklets. In the meantime, I have now sent the seller an email four times, through various channels, via LastDodo and directly. Of course I can immediately give an angry red thumb, but I would still like to give the seller the opportunity to respond. To err is human, and so is a polite response. (In the list of 'responses' to this seller, "doesn't respond to my email" appears more often, maybe there is something wrong with this person: sick, too busy and overstressed, or just plain shit?) I'm curious how others deal with this, as a buyer, but also as a seller,

Dear 1bas ,
Sorry that this is happening to you. In any case, mention this in your feedback so that other potential buyers can take note of your experience.
If it concerns a serious amount, you can also send us a message via the contact forum, so that we can at least ask the seller to take your complaint seriously.

Thanks for your response René. Financially it is about 'nothing' and that is precisely why I do not understand why there is not just a response. Those two unreceived booklets are a few euros, I would say just pay that amount back. I can forgive the seller for the two wrong books, so I'll add them twice in my collection. Here too, it's only a few euros and I don't necessarily have to return them, returning them costs more, so that's crazy. But without a response I can't do anything.

1bas What time frame are you actually talking about? an x number of days or really a few weeks?... If the same thing happened to me, I would wait at least 2 to 2.5 weeks/give the seller time to respond or solve the problem.
In any case, I would choose NEUTRAL for feedback. After all, the seller has sent (33 of) the 35 booklets that you paid for.

Thanks for your response catacrumpy. Yes, I am still waiting with my feedback and am also giving the seller all the time, perhaps there is something serious going on with him or his loved ones? I have already written four times, first time because of the lack of 2 booklets (yes, 33 were delivered, but still, two paid and not received), second time because I noticed that the catalog number of 1 book did not match the book received. and the third email the same with 1 other book. The fourth time with everything listed again for clarity. There is a period of approximately 1.5 weeks in between. A response is necessary because otherwise solving the problem is not an option anyway.
Thank you for your advice of 2.5 weeks and Neutral feedback, except for the latter I don't know yet, not delivering (everything) and also not responding... mmm. I will wait another week and then send another email to the seller about what kind of feedback I will give.
