Verplichting tot meer bestellen????

Ik wil een ontbrekend stukje met een waarde van €5,96 aan mijn verzameling toevoegen.
Ga naar de site van de verkoper: Wat blijkt!!!
Bestellen niet mogelijk. Minimum orderbedrag is € 8,50 
Ik kan dit boek dus niet bestellen omdat ik te weinig aan euro's aan deze shop besteed.
Heb niks gecheckt maar ik hoop niet dat dit een trend wordt op Lastdodo.
Zo blijft strips verzamelen een "STRIP" kunst.

Heb je de verkoper al voorgesteld om gewoon € 8,50 te betalen voor het boek?
In mijn ervaring hebben de meeste verkopers echt wel begrip voor zo'n verzoek. 
(En een verkoper die dat botweg afwijst is toch iemand met wie je liever geen zaken wil doen.)

Het minimum orderbedrag is een legitieme optie, die is ingebouwd in de site, omdat niet iedere shophouder puur voor z'n plezier verkoopt. Ik besteed graag 20 minuten inpaktijd aan een item van 50 cent om de porto zo laag mogelijk te houden, omdat ik dat zelf als consument ook waardeer. Maar als je vantevoren gewaarschuwd bent, dan heb je zelf de keuze om voor een andere verkoper te kiezen. Zo zie ik het althans.

In my experience, most sellers really understand such a request.
(And a seller who flatly rejects this is someone you would rather not do business with.)

The minimum order amount is a legitimate option that is built into the site, because not every shop owner sells purely for fun. I like to spend 20 minutes packing time on a 50 cent item to keep the postage as low as possible, because I appreciate that as a consumer. But if you have been warned in advance, you have the choice to choose another seller. At least that's how I see it.

Voor zo'n klein prijsverschil, en als je het echt wil hebben kun je natuurlijk ook nog wat meebestellen, terwijl je weet dat je dat andere al in je collectie hebt. Misschien is het nog wel een ietsje betere kwaliteit als je eigen exemplaar. Dus dan wel dubbel, maar ook weer beter. En zet je het mindere of de dubbele strip gewoon weer in je eigen winkeltje. Doe ik vaak zelf ook.

For such a small price difference, and if you really want it, you can of course also order something, while you know that you already have the other thing in your collection. Perhaps it is slightly better quality than your own copy. So double, but also better. And you can simply put the inferior or double strip back in your own shop. I often do that myself.

pinekop Ik zou zeggen, eerst communiceren (met de verkoper) en dan pas klagen (op het forum). Bovendien als je het stripboek ook bij andere shops (misschien zelfs andere platforms) voor ongeveer dezelfde prijs kan aanschaffen dan zie ik het probleem niet ( een koper is niet gebonden aan 1 specifieke shop en vice versa).

Ergens kan ik wel begrijpen dat sommige shops een minimale afname hebben ingesteld, stel je hebt 500 dubbele strips die je wilt verkopen en om de 2 dagen wordt er wat besteld door diverse kopers, dan ben je min of meer de hele week op en neer aan het gaan naar het "postkantoor". Als je dan een Full time baan hebt.. 2x in de week naar bijv. de kaart of voetbal club gaat, een gezin hebt te onderhouden of de klein kinderen komen 2x in de week langs dan lijkt me dat best lastig.

If you have a full-time job, go to the card or football club twice a week, have a family to support or the small children come by twice a week, then that seems quite difficult to me.

Deze manier van handelen van een shop kende ik niet. Heb zelf een shop maar ik gebruik deze manier niet. Ik was dus een beetje verbaasd over deze manier van verkopen. Heb dus gemaild: was het enige exemplaar op Lastdodo en nog 2 boeken bijbesteld en dit is netjes geregeld en bezorgd. Het was ook niet klagen zoals iemand oppert het was verbazing. Het is allemaal goed gekomen  en de reacties op het eerste onderwerp zijn eigenlijk een beetje te voorbarig. Ik had al actie ondernomen maar had geen behoefte om dit alles op het forum te vermelden. Mijns inziens discussie gesloten.

So I emailed: it was the only copy on Lastdodo and ordered 2 more books and this was neatly arranged and delivered. It wasn't complaining as someone suggested, it was surprise. It all turned out well and the responses to the first topic are actually a bit premature. I had already taken action but didn't feel the need to mention all this on the forum. In my opinion discussion closed.

De optie om een minimumbedrag in te stellen komt voort uit klachten van verkopers die soms hele kleine bestellingen, soms onder de euro, kregen en daar iets aan wilden kunnen doen gezien het werk wat er in zo'n bestelling zit. Het is een optie dus je kunt er als verkoper zelf voor kiezen of je 'm gebruikt of niet.
