Dat lijkt me een verzamelband, waarin losse katernen (vermoedelijk wekelijks gepubliceerd als bijlage bij de krant) zijn bevestigd, misschien door middel van een soort splitpennen? Daar hebben we geen apart Type voor.
That seems to me to be a collection binding, in which loose sections (presumably published weekly as an appendix to the newspaper) are attached, perhaps by means of some kind of cotter pins? We don't have a separate Type for that.

The edition that mentions buizer is part of the Word in Pictures series, but they look like real books to me.
The "Type of book" field is not mandatory, so I would simply leave it empty for these types of collector's editions, with an explanation under Details.
