Mijn eerste bestelling op deze site betrof 2 oude boeken. 2 delen voor €45,-. Ik zie net dat ik per ongeluk 2x de bestelling heb geplaatst en dus voor €90,- een bestelling heb gedaan. In een poging e.e.a. te herstellen, heb ik het e-mailadres van de verkoper gekopieerd en hem een mailtje gestuurd maar dat komt retour. Wie kan me vertellen hoe ik een bestelling ongedaan kan maken of kan veranderen. Met dank!
My first order on this site was for 2 old books. 2 parts for €45,-. I just saw that I accidentally placed the order twice and therefore placed an order for € 90. In an attempt to fix things, I copied the seller's e-mail address and sent him an e-mail, but it came back. Who can tell me how to cancel or change an order. With thanks!
Alma2Je kunt ook contact maken via LastDodo. Als ik bijvoorbeeld jou een bericht wil zenden, klik ik op de bovenstaande 'Alma2'. Dan krijg ik een scherm, waarin ik een bericht kan maken en verzenden.
Ik vraag me wel af of het niet gewoon een computerfoutje (bug) is. In beginsel is het niet mogelijk om 2 keer hetzelfde item te bestellen.
In jouw plaats zou ik even afwachten tot de verkoper contact opneemt. Mocht uit zijn/haar reactie blijken dat er iets fout is gegaan, kun je de kwestie alsnog uitleggen.
