Unfortunately, the spelling correction has changed text in my shop. I want to change this adjustment, how do I do that?

I don't think spell check will change shops ... but maybe you are looking for a way to change your own data in your shop items?

1. Go to 'My shop':

2. click (with the mouse pointer) on an item that is in the list of 'items' in your shop:

3. Choose 'Change shop item:

Of course I can't go to your shop that way, so it's with an example from my shop :)

But that way you can correct any errors in added text in your own shop. And there are some in ...

I don't think this has been 'altered' by some sort of spell checker, unless it's a proprietary development that will improve (or worsen, depending on your point of view) via Windows on the screens you open yourself.

If you meant something else with your problem, you can explain it in more detail: what, where, when (possibly with a piece from a screenshot).

PS: sometimes we like to know who we are communicating with. A name, man or woman, a young enthusiastic collector or an older (mature) experience expert ... You can add that to your profile.
Welcome to LD. Don't forget to read the 'Frequently asked questions' (and answers). And any handbooks of the categories (e.g. Stamps).

hi Raoul62,
thanks for the instructions, which I have now successfully implemented 3 times. I was sure it should be possible but couldn't find it. Now that I know it seems obvious. I'll just attribute it to my impatience and unfamiliarity with the app.
thanks again for the help.
Eric

Well done Eric!
Don't forget the other 'wise advice' as well. LD has so many possibilities that it is not easy in the beginning. Going through the documentation and/or handbook(s) will usually help you on your way. So is the forum, but self-reliance is more satisfying. With a real collector anyway.

To 'tag' someone in a post (then that user will be notified that they have been tagged):
@ and then type (part of) the username. As soon as you see the correct name: click on it. Then it reads like this:
EreBeer

To refer to an item (e.g. catalog stamp):
# + the LD ID number

Then it says like this (as a direct link to that item) in a forum post:
#9746269
