If the cover is changed, can there be a 1st edition reissue or not always?

Reading the handbook is highly recommended:

9. PRESS
In addition to the regular 1st, 2nd, 3rd…. edition, Lastdodo also has the so-called “First edition of a reissue”. This name is reserved for each first printing in a revised edition. A publication is considered 'revised' if there is a new series and/or new publisher. These revised editions are often collected separately

Collectioneur I read and 'if there is a new series' I find a bit vague' ☺️
Here one could start a new series entitled Series with the red shield

If only the cover is changed, but the publisher etc. remains the same, it is a reprint. There would be a republication if the book gets away from another publisher or if it is placed in a special series.

Jilles
Then wouldn't these also be reprints?

Four color series with new cover
Or is that a special series?
