De andere 3 zegels hebben een opdruk + toeslag. Google wijst in de richting van een toeslag voor 'wederopbouw moederland'. Meer kan ik er voorlopig ook niet over vertellen.
In een Michel catalogus bulkt het van de Chinese lettertekens in allerhande combinaties die op zegels uit die periode kunnen voorkomen als opdruk. Wellicht is er geen verzamelaar op LD present met voldoende kennis over Chinese filatelie.

The other 3 stamps have an overprint + surcharge. Google points in the direction of a surcharge for 'reconstruction of the mother country'. I can't tell you more about it for now.
A Michel catalog is teeming with Chinese characters in all sorts of combinations that can appear as overprints on stamps from that period. Perhaps there is no collector present on LD with sufficient knowledge of Chinese philately.
