An order from 17.14 did not come through, nor did it end up in the spam webmail. Ziggomail tested works fine. I'm just reporting, will deal with messages.

Probably due to email server. Received at 5:42 PM, but sent via LD at 5:14 PM, so nothing wrong there.

Same problem here, but no warning via my shop either. Yes, that I accidentally saw it and how that was suddenly possible again... Because, see below. By the way, will there be another response why I can no longer log in to Firefox, while I have now ended up in my shop without logging in!!! Or will it be treated as with Catawiki again? Might be time after more than a week, I'm just using it as a source of income, so there's no rush at all.

There were 11 emails sent to you from the LastDodo platform last week, all but one of which have arrived successfully as far as we can see. An email regarding an order sent on August 19, 8:40 AM, resulted in a so-called soft bounce. This is usually caused by an issue on the recipient's side, for example a mailbox that is full or some other problem with the recipient's mail program, spam filter or similar or its provider. There's not much we can do about that. The mail has been sent successfully.



By the way, will there be another response why I can no longer log in to Firefox, while I have now ended up in my shop without logging in!!! Or will it be treated as with Catawiki again? Might be time after more than a week, I'm just using it as a source of income, so there's no rush at all.

That doesn't sound very friendly... Anyway, where was that question asked? We can't find a recent question from you on the forum or in our info mail.

It is quite difficult for users to trace where an error is. Unless you're a Whiz Kid.
I also notice that I have to "clean" my PC more and more often (I still use Windows 10) because so much junk trickles in unnoticed.

You are right that generally "bugs" originate within users' own area, which LD cannot do anything about. Don't understand why people are so grumpy.

As an example (I hope I'm not wording it too clumsily), yesterday I had 4 orders, went fine with responses back and forth via the invoice emails, but at 1 I encountered a "bug" : when I pressed reply after a question from the buyer, the email address of the buyer was not displayed, but an empty "address" private? . I then pasted in the correct email address and asked the buyer if he received 2 emails now. That was not the case and I immediately received the message undeliverable unknown address, etc. from that private address. It is not that important but I will report it anyway, perhaps LD or another member will see a "light on" what this is I took a picture, but deleted all further data for privacy.

Without logging in via firefox, I suddenly logged in again, so that resolved itself.
I asked around the weekend last week why I could no longer log in via firefox, there was no response and that message is nowhere to be found. I can go back into my account and will keep an eye on messages etc within my account.
