wat zou de reden hiervan kunnen zijn ?

We zien dat er zich een bijzondere situatie heeft voorgedaan waardoor er iets mis is gegaan met deze bestelling. We kunnen die 2 strips niet zo direct meer achterhalen.

Zou je deze klant even willen vragen om welke strips het gaat?

We zien waar het waarschijnlijk mis is gegaan en proberen uiteraard wel te voorkomen dat dit nog eens op kan treden.
