That you do not deliver outside the EU is stated (automatically translated on the English version of your shop) under "About this seller", but not (as you suggest in your reply to the feedback) under "Shipping costs". There is only the standard text "Prices are exclusive of shipping costs". It might be a good idea to adjust that in the settings of your shop.

PS It is also not entirely clear to me whether or not you deliver to Germany.
