I recently had my first order in my shop (hurray)
Now I have sent the status invoice.
Meanwhile, the invoice has been paid and the package has been sent.
However, I can't get this adjusted. The status is still set to 'invoice sent'.
Now my question is, how can I adjust the status of the order?

SimonDekkers In your shop, incoming orders, you see all your orders (you have probably already worked in this screen). Click on the order number to view the detail of the order. At the very top is an orange "Change status" button. To keep things clear, it is best to enter all necessary statuses in the correct order.

Dear, recently sold some items. Adjusted in order. But if after sending, when the strips are received by the buyer, I want to change to "received" I can't do this because it is no longer present. And this with several buyers in recent weeks. It just says "cancel". Can this be put back in order or does this now happen automatically? M.v.

I read that then, indeed. But the problem for me is that I cannot indicate in the status itself that the package has been collected. With other buyers, all statuses are stated at the beginning, before I have indicated shipping. But after sent I only see "cancelled" to indicate. As an example I now have a buyer to whom the invoice has been sent, he has not yet paid. But there are still 5 statuses visible. If he pays I can indicate that, then sent. But then some statuses disappear and only "cancelled" and/or "invoice sent" remains. And I don't think that's right.
In March I was able to indicate "picked up" myself, but not anymore. Best regards,

I am not so happy that buyers can change the status to: "I have paid"
the buyer certainly had the idea that I would send immediately.
however it gives the impression that you can manage the shipment packing up. In retrospect, the buyer did not pay at all. so also packed for nothing.
so it means absolutely nothing that this option is offered to the buyer, nor to the seller.
so in fact you just have to wait until it is on your account. even before you pack it.
