I entered that serial number (without leading zeros). Unfortunately, a Belgian was involved much later. Apparently he didn't find the Publibel issue that interesting. But the printer Publibel has been added, unfortunately the issue name has been changed to year + publibel, so all small series, unfortunately.

7451Dick Am I supposed to find more than one map of the Colorado potato beetle? In your way I only find 1. I can find it faster by typing Colorado beetle in the bar next to Lastdodo. Interesting to see that this was already happening in 1936. I thought the problem was of a much later date; my grandfather and grandmother were terrified of that animal.

Sort by issue date
In your dreams ... for that month and day must be entered.

No, I had started a part at the time (late 2020/early 2021) but there was an immediate headwind. So I totally dropped those Publibels on LD. Just like the FDC of Belgium.
Nobody will complain, because nobody uses LD for Publibels. I know why.
But don't complain, there's plenty of other work to do on LD.

No, I only thought of one, from 1935. The publibels started even earlier. If you want to see the whole series, search for publibel.
Initially there was only one fight against the beetle: scavenging! Did that in our vegetable garden.

user-1713548 thanks for the examples and the explanation. Would help if these or similar examples were added to the manual. An example often says more than words...

Postal stationery - Publibel (Agence Belge de Publicité Postale)

The first Publibel was published in 1933. A Publibel is a card with advertising printed at the bottom left, franking printed at the top right.

Formats are 140 x 90 mm and 148 x 104 mm (from 1951).
Print runs vary from 500 (Publibel 94) to 2,000. 000 (Audience 1309).

The advertiser could indicate in which post offices the cards were offered. Not all cards could be obtained everywhere.

The last Publibel was released in 1984 (Publibel 2790).

The first (approximately 209) are not numbered. Then yes (number printed on the card). Usually there was a letter for the language: N (Dutch), F (French), D (German) and NF, FN or FD.
The maps were mainly intended for the interior (yellow / yellowish). There are 2 issues for shipment abroad (blue).

Not quite.
You'd better read and consult the extensive catalogue:
“Postal Stationary of Belgium”
Issued in 2009 by the Belgian Society of Postal Stationary Collectors, supported by Pro-Post.
