Elke mogelijke manier om minder te zoeken helpt natuurlijk (enkel postzegels, beperking op jaar, ...).
Gladiator112 Try this one (also on NL) : if you have absolutely no idea what you are looking for, go to the home of the catalog and search for "zone francaise", which gives 237 items, many of which are superfluous. Every possible way to search less helps of course (only stamps, limitation on year, ...).

Gladiator112 Da's een typisch probleem met 'spaties' voor of achter de waarde.
Er zijn verschillende groepen waar waarde 50 in komt. Een grote groep, waar de nominale waarde correct staat. Een kleinere groep die 'schijnbaar' ook '50' is, maar eigenlijk '50 ' (met een spatie er achter). Oorspronkelijk heeft een gebruiker die het handboek niet kent de zegels toegevoegd met de waarde, spatie, en een valutavermelding. Een beheerder heeft die valutavermelding weg gedaan zodat op 't zicht het goed is, maar, een spatie te weinig verwijderd. Daardoor is het evengoed niet goed. Een derde groep heet '50 pesatas'. Ook daar een bijdrage door iemand die het handboek niet gelezen of gesnapt heeft. Misschien is het wel erger (moet je maar eens dat item gaan bekijken ...).
Ik had al enkele keren de oproep gedaan naar iedereen: met de zoekfunctie op Nominale waarde' kun je bijdragen tot de verbetering in de catalogus. Ook al ben je geen beheerder. Als je waarden-groepen dubbel ziet staan, dan is er één groep met items waar er blanco's (spaties) te veel in staan. Aub, verbeter die. Wie na jou komt zal (onbewust) dankbaar zijn. Ik heb al honderden blanco's verwijderd ...

Gladiator112 That's a typical problem with 'spaces' before or after the value.
There are several groups where value 50 comes in. A large group, where the face value is correct. A smaller group that 'apparently' is also '50', but is actually '50' (with a space after it). Originally a user not familiar with the manual added the stamps with the value, space, and a currency statement. An administrator has removed that currency entry so that it looks good, but removed one space too little. As a result, it is also not good. A third group is called '50 pesatas'. Also there a contribution by someone who has not read or understood the manual. Maybe it's worse (go check out that item...).
I've already made the call to everyone a few times: with the "face value" search function you can contribute to the improvement in the catalogue. Even if you are not an administrator. If you see value groups doubled, then there is one group with items where there are too many blanks (spaces). Please, improve it. Whoever comes after you will (unconsciously) be grateful. I've already removed hundreds of blanks...

Tweede mogelijk issue: Default is het schrm gesorteerd op uitgifte, maar ik merk dat deze provinciewapens allemaal uit kleine uitgiften bestaan, zo lijkt het alsof ze niet gesorteerd zijn. Derde mogelijk issue: De 'Zoeken in selectie' in het midden van de pagina werkt niet op dezelfde manier als de 'doorzoek de catalogus' in de zwarte balk bovenaan. Dus gewoon de eenvoudige weg: 'orense' bovenaan op de homepagina en er zijn 9 resultaten. Tip: beter eerst te veel resultaten en dan filteren, dan zoeken naar te weinig resultaten.

Second possible issue: Default the screen is sorted by issue, but I notice that these provincial coats of arms are all small issues, so it seems they are not sorted. Third possible issue: The 'Search in selection' in the middle of the page does not work in the same way as the 'search the catalog' in the black bar at the top. So just the simple way: 'orense' at the top of the homepage and there are 9 results. Tip: better first too many results and then filter, then search for too few results.
Raoul62 Zijn er geen mensen hier bij Lastdodo die bepaalde landen beheren? Ik denk als ik 1 land zou beheren dat ik dit soort fouten er uit zal halen. Nu als ik een postzegel toevoeg en ik zie dat er een spatie er voor of er achter staat. Dan haal ik de spatie weg en zet hem in de juiste waarde. Wat jij ook zegt als iedereen dit nou doet als hij deze fout ziet maakt het voor iedereen stukken makkelijker :)
Raoul62 Are there no people here at Lastdodo who control certain countries? I think if I were to manage 1 country I would get these kinds of mistakes out of it. Now when I add a stamp and I see there is a space before or after it. Then I remove the space and set it to the correct value. Whatever you say if everyone does this when they see this error makes it a lot easier for everyone :)

Dat kan een beheerder niet wijzigen. Zoals al eerder uitgelegd, is Nominale waarde geen beheersbaar veld. Het is vanaf de start een vrij invulbaar veld geweest. Daarom ook het verzoek dat iedereen hiermee een handje gaat helpen.

An administrator cannot change that. As explained before, Face value is not a manageable field. It has been a freely fillable field from the start. That is why we request that everyone lend a hand with this.

This statement is simply not true. Read the instructions correctly: “3. Nominal value Copy the value exactly as it appears on the stamp, without the mint mark. …If a number or word is on the stamp for tariff group, e.g. 1, 2, Europe, First Class, P (for Canada), Forever (for USA), you fill that in.” The last sentence applies of course to “Internationaal 1” and you fill that in.
