What is not allowed

Cards with a logo, or a name of the site where you found the card.
If you do this you will get a few days to replace the image, otherwise the entire item will be deleted.

The same goes for using images of cards that actually come from a different set.

The different sets

You can see which set a card belongs to by the logo at the bottom right of the card.
The first set did not have a logo yet.
A first edition as well as a reprint of the sets “Base set” to “Neo Destiny” has been published.
To keep things clear, we give each edition its own edition of the trading cards
You can recognize the first editions (first edition) by the first edition logo.
Usually this is on the bottom left of the picture on the map.
In the reprints (we call those sets unlimited) that logo is missing.

Below is an overview of the most common sets.

Parties to the Pokémon

With the Pokémon, we currently have 9 games.
For the sake of clarity, and to distinguish between games such as Magic and Yu-Gi-Oh !, we first note the energy form , and then (in brackets) the color .
This is done in the language of the ticket.
For the English tickets you will get

Fake Pokémon cards

Fake Pokémon cards are becoming more and more common.
They usually end up in collections through fairs or sales in southern countries.
These are then resold, often without the seller knowing that they are counterfeits.
There is an overview of fake Pokémon cards on the Pokémon Paradise site

Another way to spot fake cards is to hold them up to the light.
If you see the back image showing through, the card is counterfeit.

We do not post counterfeits on Catawiki.
