Al klaar met het nadenken over mijn voorstel om het aantal aangeboden zegels/series weer te kunnen zien als iemand iets besteld heeft? 

We gaan nog toevoegen wat de actuele voorraad is. Die stond er inderdaad eerder wel bij. Maar in deze vakantieperiode is het lastig om alle wensen direct te realiseren dus dit komt nog.

Ook als ik de persoonlijke factuur heb gemaakt is die nog steeds NIET te zien na het opslaan. Dus mag je niet vergeten om alles voor die tijd te controleren op fouten.

Iedere verandering is even wennen dus dat zal met deze nieuwe opmaak ook wel lukken. Wat ik helaas mis is de actuele voorraad. Voorheen stond er 1 verkocht van 3 oid. Dat was altijd handig om tegelijk de voorraad te checken.

Nee, dat was niet zo. In het voorbeeld van Torenzegels met de zegels “cijfer in zwart” stond tussen het aantal en de prijs: zoiets als “ let op. U kunt maar …..” Ik weet de tekst niet meer, want ik heb gezocht in mijn oude orders van jaren terug. Maar die zijn allemaal veranderd in de nieuwe layout.

Every change takes some getting used to, so that will work with this new layout. What I unfortunately miss is the current stock. Previously 1 of 3 was sold. That was always handy to check the stock at the same time.

No, it wasn't. In the example of Tower Stamps with the stamps “number in black” there was between the quantity and the price: something like “note. You can but….” I can't remember the text, because I searched my old orders from years ago. But they have all changed in the new layout.

Het gaat erom, dat je in de oude situatie op je bestelorder bij een betreffend item meteen kon zien dat er nog zoveel over zijn.
Jij verwijst nu naar de catalogus zelf. 
In de oude situatie was het meteen zichtbaar in je orderlijst. Nu moet je uit de orderlijst, naar de catalogus, land oproepen, jaartal intypen, item opzoeken, klikken en dan zie je pas wat er nog in voorraad is.
Hoop, dat deze toelichting nu wat duidelijker is voor je. 

badgirl , nee hoor, dat hoeft allemaal niet. Gewoon op de titel klikken van het item (de postzegel in jouw geval denk ik) in je bestelling. Dan kom je dus op de pagina zoals je die had aangemaakt in jouw shop en zie je in het blokje uit de catalogus op die pagina direct hoeveel er nog in je shop staan van die postzegel en in welke conditie.

Probeer het svp dus eerst even.

badgirl , no, that's not necessary. Just click on the title of the item (the stamp in your case I think) in your order. Then you arrive at the page as you had created it in your shop and you can immediately see in the block from the catalog on that page how many of that stamp are still in your shop and in what condition.

Als voorbeeld: gisteren een order van 84 zegels gekregen. Om te weten hoeveel ik nog heb van iedere zegel, zal ik dus 84x op de titel moeten klikken. 

badgirl , dat is waar. We kunnen kijken of we het nog op de pagina van de bestelling zelf kunnen krijgen.

Als ik een bestelling binnen krijg en ik wil het bestelde item openen dan krijg ik de volgende melding in een rode balk bovenaan mijn scherm
 Item niet meer beschikbaar Dit item is verkocht en onderdeel van order ... (ordernr. van de bestelling)

Dat klopt cobaschouten-2011 want je bekijkt het item in de bestelling zoals je die in je shop aan had gemaakt, en dat item zit intussen in de order die je aan het bekijken bent en is dus verder niet meer leverbaar / beschikbaar voor anderen. Als dit verwarrend is - misschien door de rode balk? - dan moeten we hier nog verder naar kijken.

When I receive an order and I want to open the ordered item, I get the following message in a red bar at the top of my screen
 Item no longer available This item has been sold and is part of order ... (order no. of the order)

That's right cobaschouten-2011 because you view the item in the order as you created it in your shop, and that item is now in the order you are viewing and is therefore no longer available / available for others. If this is confusing - maybe because of the red bar? - then we need to look further into this.

Hoe bedoel je dat cobaschouten-2011 ? Als je een item in je bestelling aanklikt kom je op de pagina zoals je dat item in je shop had aangemaakt. Zie mijn bericht van vrijdag in dit topic:

Als je nu op de titel van een item in je bestelling klikt dan kom je op de oorspronkelijke pagina van het item zoals die was aangemaakt in de shop. 
Daar zie je alle eventueel eerder ingevoerde info over de lokatie, de notities, de invoerdatum in je shop, de aankoopprijs en de aankoopdatum. 
Deze pagina is wel zo gemaakt dat je de informatie niet meer kunt aanpassen omdat het item al is verkocht.

What do you mean cobaschouten-2011 ? If you click on an item in your order, you will arrive at the page as you created that item in your shop. See my post from Friday in this topic:

If you now click on the title of an item in your order, you will be taken to the original page of the item as it was created in the shop.
There you will see any previously entered information about the location, the notes, the entry date in your shop, the purchase price and the purchase date.
This page has been made in such a way that you can no longer change the information because the item has already been sold.
