Ja hallo. Eén bestelling uit Frankrijk van enkele weken terug. Nu krijg ik 2 zendingen. Eentje met de opengescheurde originele omslag van de zending, in plastiek verpakt met een brief van La Poste (La Peste?). Betreft: 'détérioration importante d'un objet dans le circuit postal'. Afsluitend met een welgemeende bedanking voor mijn begrip. Een tweede omslag, afzender 'La Poste', met het verfrommelde begeleidend briefje uit de originele zending. Van de aangekochte postzegels geen spoor. In Frankrijk zijn er postbeambten die zendingen ledigen om die zich toe te eigenen. Duidelijk te zien aan de manier waarop de oorspronkelijke omslag is opengescheurd. En duidelijk te zien aan de verfrommeling van het begeleidende briefje. De plakband waarmee het zakje postzegels er aan was bevestigd is er nog deels bij. Toch schoon van La Poste om de brokstukken van de verpakking uit de vuilbak alsnog op te sturen ... En mij te bedanken voor mijn begrip.
Dat er met India en Rusland problemen zijn met de post (inhoud wordt altijd gestolen indien niet 'aangetekend' verzonden) dat wist ik al lang. Maar met een Europees buurland als Frankrijk?
Probleem is nu wat met de evaluatie ... Hoe pak je zoiets aan? (Heb al een mailke gestuurd naar de verkoper met de scans er bij).

In France there are postal workers emptying shipments in order to appropriate them. Clearly seen by the way the original cover has been ripped open. And clearly visible from the wrinkling of the accompanying note. The adhesive tape with which the bag of postage stamps was attached is still partly included. Still, it's nice from La Poste to still send the fragments of the packaging from the bin ... And thank me for my understanding.
I have known for a long time that there are problems with the mail with India and Russia (content is always stolen if not sent 'by registered mail'). But with a European neighbor like France?
