Er was een probleem met het huisnummer voor niet-Nederlanders (kwam er dubbel op) tgv het nieuwe scherm 'Instellingen'. Er was geen vakje huisnummer meer beschikbaar, maar het gegeven (van voor het nieuwe scherm) zat wel nog in de database.
Dit zou nu opgelost zijn (er is opnieuw een vakje 'huisnummer' beschikbaar voor de Belgen heb ik gemerkt). Als de koper (bij Coba) een adres in Nederland heeft, zou die oplossing nu misschien stoorzender kunnen zijn?

Met het nieuwe scherm had een Belg enkel nog 'Adresregel 1' en 'Adresregel 2'. Het huisnummer, voorheen beschikbaar, bleef echter ook afzonderlijk aanwezig in de database (schijnbaar onzichtbaar, tot er een factuur werd opgemaakt). Terwijl normaliter in 'adresregel 2' straat + huisnummer stond.
Nu is het vakje 'huisnummer' terug apart beschikbaar en kan een Belg dit opnieuw nakijken en wijzigen.
Wellicht staat het huisnummer in 'Adresregel 1' én in 'Huisnummer'. Het is nu niet meer nodig in 'Adresregel 1'.
Opmerking: een wijziging zal nu géén invloed hebben op een factuur die daarvoor gemaakt werd. Een factuur is een 'officiëel' document en blijft vast op basis van de gegevens die bij de opmaak beschikbaar waren.
Overigens is het geen blokkerend probleem, je moet enkel zorgen dat je op de te verzenden omslag het huisnummer niet dubbel vermeldt.

Het bleek dat deze gebruiker bij Straatnaam ook het huisnummer had toegevoegd + daarnaast ook nog in het veld Huisnummer dit had ingevuld.

Scroll naar beneden en verifieer je adresgegevens (in de rubriek 'Adres'). Belangrijk als je aankopen doet op LD. Dat adres komt op de factuur, en gebruikt de verkoper om de gekochte artikelen op te sturen.
Scroll daarna dan een beetje omhoog naar de sectie 'Mijn profiel' en vervolledig indien nodig: je echte naam, je woonland en geslacht (drie mogelijkheden). Dat praat gemakkelijker in een PM (privé/persoonlijk bericht in het berichtensysteem van LD). Dan kan iemand die je een bericht wil sturen je op een correcte manier aanspreken. Is nog zo beleefd. Respect en beleefdheid zijn schone deugden.
Heb je enige schroom om woonplaats in te vullen? Zet dan in dat vakje de regio of provincie van waar je woont. Beter benutten dan leeg laten toch?
