Coba,
Is the buyer from the Netherlands or abroad? If so, the buyer should check the address in his screen settings.

@Collectioneur
Tammo,
There was a problem with the house number for non-Dutch people (came up twice) due to the new screen 'Settings'. There was no longer a box house number available, but the data (from before the new screen) was still in the database.
This would now be resolved (there is again a box 'house number' available for the Belgians) . If the buyer (at Coba) has an address in the Netherlands, could that solution now be a jammer?

With Belgians nothing but ... (just kidding)

Let him check his address details in the 'Settings' screen.

With the new screen, a Belgian only had' Address line 1 'and' Address line 2 '. However, the house number, previously available, also remained separately present in the database (apparently invisible, until an invoice was issued). While 'address line 2' normally contained street + house number.

Now the box 'house number' is available separately again and a Belgian can check and change this again.
The house number may be in 'Address line 1' and in 'House number'. It is now no longer necessary in 'Address line 1'.

Note: a change will now not affect an invoice that was previously created. An invoice is an 'official' document and remains fixed based on the data that was available when it was drawn up.

Incidentally, it is not a blocking problem, you just have to make sure that you do not have the house number on the envelope to be sent mentions twice.

Let him check his address details in the 'Settings' screen.

The user has not entered anything, this is being investigated why this causes a problem

I receive an order and the house number and zip code are mentioned twice in the address details of the buyer.

It turned out that this user had also added the house number to Street name + also entered this in the House number field.

Some wise advice for everyone: click on your avatar at the top right (profile picture) and choose ' Settings ' (a recently refreshed screen).
Scroll down and verify your address details (in the 'Address' section). Important if you make purchases on LD. That address will be on the invoice, and the seller will use it to send the purchased items.

Then scroll up a bit to the section 'My profile' and complete if necessary: your real name, your country of residence and gender (three possibilities). That talks more easily in a PM (private / personal message in LD's messaging system). Then someone who wants to send you a message can address you correctly. Is still so polite. Respect and courtesy are beautiful virtues.
Do you have any hesitation in filling in residence? Then put the region or province where you live in that box. Better use than leave it empty, right?
