Nadien wat beter naar de foto's gekeken. Heel wat onvolkomenheden niet vermeld in de omschrijving ... Dan even naar de barslechte feedback score gekeken ... Die verkoper krijgt langs alle kanten opmerkingen over het ontbreken van een correcte beschrijving, veel te late en slechte verzending, ...

En nu juist, ben ik overboden! Nog nooit zo blij geweest dat er iemand meer biedt dan ik!!!

Dus het regelement is hierbij aan gepast ?

Vaak worden er topics geplaatst met vragen en/of opmerkingen over de Catawikiveilingen waarmee de verzamel-community niets kan beginnen. Te vaak krijgen deze discussies een onplezierige ondertoon, omdat degene die de topic start de opzet van het forum niet begrijpt en, door de reacties op zijn vraag, vindt dat hij/zij niet serieus genomen wordt.

Om deze discussies op het verzamelforum te voorkomen hebben wij besloten om het volgende artikel op te nemen in het forumreglement:

Catawiki forum en de Catawiki veilingen

Dit is het forum van de verzamelaarscommunity. Wij kunnen geen oplossingen aandragen die te maken hebben met problemen rond de Catawiki veilingen. Vragen over veilingen kunnen gesteld worden aan betreffende veilingmeesters of via de link naar Klantenservice onderaan bijna iedere pagina op Catawiki.

Als contact via info[at]catawiki.nl echt niet lukt, dan kan er een melding worden geplaatst in het sub-forum ‘Enige plaats voor melden van problemen met veilingen’. Deze melding, alleen bedoeld ter kennisgeving en niet om een discussie te beginnen, wordt daarna door een moderator afgesloten. De melding zal door de catalogus manager doorgegeven worden aan de juiste persoon binnen Catawiki.

Nieuwe berichten over veilingen op andere plaatsen zullen worden verwijderd.

Hoewel wij als moderators vrij alert zijn kunnen we niet 24/7 het forum in de gaten houden. Reacties op topics geplaatst in het hier bovengenoemde forum kunnen door ons, zonder verdere kennisgeving, verwijderd worden
