Would there perhaps also be room for a kind of top (right?) Of popular / major film classics in this section? If of course there is a need?

Some sort of "Top" would not be necessary. How popular a movie is depends on the person. Some would rather see a different kind of movies than others. Because what is popular: a movie with a large box office or a movie that is in the most collections?

Bruce, a movie meter has a Top, an IMDb has a top 250, both chosen by users through personal voices according to personal considerations, as you call a few of them, for example. There will be a top 10, 20, 50, 100 in due course? to the top of float.
Seemed nice, as well as giving an opinion about movies. I thought interaction in a section like this would never go away for a site, also given that the movie audience is very large.

Mha, I don't like that movie… 1 star, top movie 5 stars… standard screenplay for this kind of thing. Rather than a review system where you can freely give your opinion, such as at bol.com, a rate + review.

A simple system with 1 to 5 stars or moons for each film would suffice, program 1x votes per person and that will automatically result in a TOP so much.

Yes, ok, that still sounds okay, but wouldn't it be possible for all sections?
There is a chance that traders will give their item 5 stars, you actually walk with every site.

Hence 1x votes per film per person and giving 4 or 5 moons to a B-Film stands out :-) They immediately fall away against the fair majority.

There are also some really good B movies… like Blair Witch, Layer Cake and a few more that are B…: P

But you're right, there are also very good B-Movies: Batman, Bourne, Bad Boys :-)
