Ik ondervind dagelijks problemen met de selectiecriteria.

Bij het criterium reeks blijken niet alle reeksen in de pull down list voor te komen en kan ik deze dus ook niet selecteren. Sommige combinaties blijken ook niet te werken. Selcteert met eerst "luciferetiketten (aan de linkerkant van de lucifercatalogus pagina ) en vervolgens selcteert men "Boten" in de serie, dan krijg je een resultaat. Indien met echter luciferetiket en Boten bovenaan de selctiecriteria ingeeft dan toont hij geen resultaat.

Voor sommige criteria bevat de pull down list enkele de mogelijk waarden binnen een eerder geselecteerd criterium, in andere gevallen geeft de pull down list alle mogelijke waarden in de catalogus , maar soms weer niet allemaal.....

Wat is de logica hierachter?

Mogelijk zijn alle gewijzigde etiketten nof niet gereviewed en kan dit een rol spelen, maar dit verklaar zeker niet alles.

Misschien moet de database dringend herindexeerd worden. IK dacht dat dit periodisch en automatisch gebeurde,  ....

I experience problems with the selection criteria on a daily basis.

With the series criterion, not all series appear in the pull-down list and I can therefore not select them. Some combinations don't seem to work either. If you first select "match labels (on the left side of the match catalog page) and then select "Boats" in the series, you will get a result. However, if you enter match label and Boats at the top of the selection criteria, it will not show a result.

For some criteria the pull down list contains only the possible values within a previously selected criterion, in other cases the pull down list gives all possible values in the catalog , but sometimes not all.....

What's the logic behind this?

It is possible that all changed labels have not yet been reviewed and this may play a role, but this certainly does not explain everything.

Perhaps the database urgently needs to be reindexed. I thought this happened periodically and automatically,....

What is the status of this? Everything back to normal?

No, the selection criteria still do not work correctly.

Enkele maanden zijn voorbij en de problemen geraken niet opgelost.

Nu ook bijv met randetiketten. In "mijn verzameling" kan ik "Randetiketten" als serie opvragen. Maar in de catalogus ontbreekt "Randetiketten" als trefwoord in het veld serie. Nochtans zijn er een reeks etiketten met "Randetiketten" als serie opgenomen in de catalogus.

Kan dit opgelost of ten minste verklaard worden?

Several months have passed and the problems are not resolved.

Now also available with edge labels, for example. In "my collection" I can request "Edge Labels" as a series. But the catalog is missing "Edge Labels" as a keyword in the series field. However, a series of labels with "Edge Labels" are included as a series in the catalogue.

Can this be solved or at least explained?

I do see Edge labels as a selection filter in Series of, for example, this brand , Jan . Are you looking in the right place? Or can you indicate where you see it not ?

Indien je eerst luciferetiket selecteert en daarna serie, zal je in het pull-down menu serie, geen "randetiketen" zien verschijnen.

Dat randetiketen een merk hebben is een uitzondering en bij randetiketen eerst een merk selecteren is dus helemaal niet gebuikelijk of zelfs mogelijk.

If you first select match label and then series, you will not see any "edge labels" appear in the pull-down menu series.

The fact that edge labels have a brand is an exception and selecting a brand first with edge labels is therefore not at all customary or even possible.

It now appears that the problem is far from solved.

selection item = package brand and title = pants no label as a result, while this is certainly the case.

And eg also all labels bootz have disappeared if one uses as selection criteria object = "match label" or "package mark", title = "bootz"

Of course nothing has disappeared, at the most not to be found. Would you please confirm that the old problem is now resolved? Then I'm going to let you see what's going on with the Titles. Do you have an example of what should be found?

At the moment I can find the labels via the selection criteria. For the time being I assume that something went wrong with the input and have therefore re-entered the missing labels.

I will let you know immediately if there is another difficulty with the selection criteria.

Today I tried to add the labels "Dirk van den Boer" to my collection that were removed due to double use. For this I go to the catalog, select "match label" and then "boer" or "van den boer" in the title. Nothing is selected on this and it appears as if these labels are not present in the catalog. That was the case yesterday and again today. This bad selection procedure leads to double entries.

In the previous message I meant "van den Broek" and not van den boer ".

Can you name item numbers that you would have liked with your selection?

By brand I just find Dirk van den Broek . But you leave the name of DvdB out of the titles, I see. Then you will never find them when you search by title. Perhaps that is where the misunderstanding lies.
