Hallo! Ik vond geen onderwerp op het forum waarin dit probleem word besproken, dus heb ik maar een nieuw onderwerp aangemaakt. Het zit als volgt:

Ik heb een stripboek gekocht bij een shop hier op Catawiki: Kuifje: De Krab Met De Gulden Scharen/En Het Zwarte Goud (hardcover dubbelalbum van Casterman) - voor 10 euro.

Na mijn bestelling kreeg ik al snel de factuur toegestuurd, waarna ik het geld overmaakte. Na twee weken had ik nog niets ontvangen, dus stuurde ik een vriendelijk mailtje om te vragen of het boek al was verstuurd. Dat bleek niet het geval te zijn, maar er werd mij verzekerd dat het boek diezelfde week nog op de post zou gaan. Er ging nog een week voorbij; geen boek. Ik stuurde weer een mailtje om te vragen of er misschien iets mis was gegaan. Er was inderdaad iets misgegaan, maar het boek zou nu echt verstuurd worden. Dat is nu een maand geleden. Ik was even druk met andere zaken en nu blijkt dat de shop waar ik het boek aanschafte (tijdelijk) gesloten is. Ik krijg ook geen reacties op berichtjes die ik naar de shop stuur. Wat is hieraan te doen?

Ach, het gaat maar om 10 euro, maar ik wilde het boek graag hebben; het is het enige Kuifje dubbelalbum dat ik nog mis. Ik kan het opnieuw kopen, want er zijn andere aanbieders van het boek, maar goed, vragen staat vrij, toch?

I bought a comic book from a shop here on Catawiki: Tintin: The Krab Met De Gulden Scharen/En Het Zwarte Goud (hardcover double album by Casterman) - for 10 euros.

After my order I quickly received the invoice, after which I transferred the money. After two weeks I still hadn't received anything, so I sent a friendly email to ask if the book had already been sent. That turned out not to be the case, but I was assured that the book would be in the mail that same week. Another week passed; No book. I sent another email to ask if something had gone wrong. Something had indeed gone wrong, but the book would now actually be sent. That was a month ago now. I was busy with other things for a while and now it appears that the shop where I bought the book is (temporarily) closed. I also don't get any responses to messages I send to the shop. What can be done about this?

Well, it's only about 10 euros, but I really wanted the book; it is the only Tintin double album that I still miss. I can buy it again, because there are other providers of the book, but hey, feel free to ask, right?
