Getuige het aantal rechtszaken tegen Jimmy Page/Led Zeppelin zijn er, op zijn zachtst gezegd, nogal wat twijfels over de originaliteit van een aantal door Jimmy Page geclaimde songs, zoals o.a. Dazed and Confused (Jake Holmes), Whole Lotta Love (Small Faces), Bron-y-aur Stomp (Bert Jansch), Stairway to Heaven (Spirit).
