In dit verzamelgebied staat in Uitgiftetitel en Uitgever telkens "[Plaatsnaam] [Romeins cijfer]". Elke postdienst wordt op die manier geduid. Een Kamer van Koophandel-registratie is daarbij leidend. Nieuwe registratie is nieuw cijfer. Gewijzigde registratienaam behoudt het cijfer. Als je de postdienst uit de uitgiftenaam zou weglaten dan zouden gelijknamige uitgiften van postdiensten uit het hele land onterecht bij elkaar vallen, zoals bijvoorbeeld “Kerstzegels”.

De lokale catalogus is die van de SPP. Deze geeft uitgiften een vijfcijferige identificatie vanaf 00001. Zegels worden binnen de postdienst opgenummerd vanaf 1 en worden hier samen met het uitgiftenummer vermeld op de volgende wijze "[zegelnummer] | [uitgiftenummer]".
