Cigar factory of luxury cigars E. Sannes located at 11 Allewaertstraat in Antwerp.
This street is named after Evarist Allewaert (1835-1889).
Around 1895, E. Sannes commissioned a stately neoclassical bourgeois house in the Sculptor Street 38
at the same time he had a cigar factory built in Allewaertstraat 11.

Deze straat is vernoemd naar Evarist Allewaert (1835-1889).
Rond 1895 gaf E.Sannes de opdracht om in de Beeldhouwerstraat 38 een statig neoclassistisch burgerhuis
te bouwen, tegelijkertijd liet hij een sigarenfabriek bouwen in de Allewaertstraat 11.
