Since 2003, De Blouw has been drawing the Evert Kwok cartoon series together with Tjarko Evenboer. The duo posts a new cartoon every week on their own website and also publishes the cartoons via Facebook and Twitter. Evert Kwok has three albums to his name, released by Uitgeverij Syndikaat. The cartoons have been published in the CITO test, the teaching method New Dutch from Noordhoff Uitgevers, WEET Magazine and the magazine 100% NL.
