SEPAC is an organization of postal organizations of small countries that discuss philatelic matters among themselves and have an annual joint issue around a specific theme. More

SEPAC is an acronym for Small European Postal Administration(s) Cooperation.

SEPAC was founded in 1994 by philatelic agent Paolo de Rosa. Since 1999, the postal organizations have taken on coordination themselves. The requirements for participation are that the postal organization is independent and located in Europe. In addition, more than 50% of philately clients must live outside their own country.

SEPAC's first joint issuance was in 2007, the second in 2009 and the third in 2011. After that, there was an annual issuance.

SEPAC stamps are comparable to Europa stamps, the joint issues of big brother PostEurop (and previously CEPT).
