Hausser leverde vanaf de begin jaren ’60 ongeschilderde Elastolin figuren en toebehoren aan de firma Ougen in Parijs.
De eerste paar jaar hield Ougen zich nog aan de beschilderingsvoorschriften en gebruikten ze de originele Elastolin verven en kleuren.
Daarna werd het slordiger en weken ze af van de kleurvoorschriften en gebruikten hun eigen kleuren zo het hun uitkwam. Ook werd de montage slordiger en kenmerkte zich door de vele lijmresten. Er kwam een eigen serie verpakkingen en ook de nummering werd veranderd.
