I try to process orders as quickly as possible, but there may be some delays.

This is because, in addition to my shop, I also work and provide informal care to my daughter and her two young children.

I am also a proud grandfather of three grandchildren, to whom I also want to invest time and energy.
Both my daughters are single mothers.

Sometimes many (large) orders come in at the same time, which means it may take longer before your order is processed.

Unfortunately, I have also been suffering from post-COVID complaints since 2021, with my energy in particular being considerably less, and therefore also my concentration. In recent weeks this has been more prevalent than before.

In short, there are many causes that can lead to some delay in the processing of orders.
I ask for your understanding for this.

If you would like to receive the items quickly, please let me know and I will of course take that into account in the handling.

Finally, shipping is at the buyer's risk, unless the lot is sent by registered mail.
From now on (08-12-2024) I will no longer send paper invoices with orders
