There is a white sticker on the top right cover; tear at the bottom of the spine +- 3 cm but inside no tear or dent or fold, but with age spots

never opened but has drawn some water can only be seen on the backs of the covers

spine above and below small tear +- 4 cm, some age spots

looks fine but at the bottom on some pages light water traces

looks fine but inside on the far right and lower corner there is a light moisture stain

name on title page and back page partly colored
