This was a new deco in the 1986 Intex catalog on an older casting that originally was a generic "General Lee" knockoff. It looks like 1986 was the only year for this example. The casting (with metal baseplate) did not appear in later catalogs. The 3001 number was probably from the earliest numbering system as most Pacesetters (the Windracers line name was also used) had numbers beginning with P.
